Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GridDash — the website, Chrome new-tab extension, and desktop app. By using GridDash you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
GridDash is operated by the operator of GridDash, based in United Kingdom. Questions: support@griddash.com.
2. Products covered
- The GridDash website at www.griddash.com
- The GridDash Chrome extension (new tab and toolbar popup)
- The GridDash desktop app
Features can vary by plan and by product. The same account may be used across them.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Notify us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
4. Service description
GridDash provides a tile and grid interface for bookmarks, widgets, and personalization. We may change, add, or remove features. The service depends on internet access and third-party providers.
5. Browser extension
The Chrome extension replaces the new tab page with GridDash and can open the dashboard from the toolbar. It loads our website; it is not a separate service. Host access is limited to griddash.com so the extension can open our site. These Terms and the Privacy Policy apply when you use the extension.
6. Free and Pro plans
Free plans may include feature limits compared with paid plans. Paid plans may unlock additional features as described at checkout and in the product. We may change plan limits; material changes will be reflected in the product or at checkout.
7. Affiliate and outbound links
GridDash has no ads on your dashboard and does not run third-party sponsored ad widgets on the service. We may monetize outbound links — including bookmarks you add to your grid — by appending affiliate parameters, redirecting through an affiliate or partner network, or using similar methods where permitted by our partners and applicable rules. Bookmarks appear as normal tiles with no special labels. When you click supported merchant links, we may receive a commission or other compensation at no additional cost to you unless otherwise stated by the merchant.
An optional partner script may load only if you allow the Outbound links cookie category. Pro and other paid plans may limit or change monetization-related features as described in your plan. We do not control third-party sites or their terms.
8. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew for the interval you select until you cancel. Taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel from account or billing settings, or by contacting us.
Unless required by law, paid fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, email support@griddash.com with the subject "Billing".
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service or interfere with security, billing, or other users
- Attempt unauthorized access or abuse automation limits
- Use GridDash for unlawful or infringing activity
- Upload or share content you do not have the right to use
10. User content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you add to GridDash (such as bookmarks, layouts, and uploads). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service.
GridDash software, design, and branding remain our property or our licensors' property.
11. Third-party services
GridDash may include third-party links, widgets, affiliates, and integrations (including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Discord, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, TradingView, and sites you bookmark). Optional Discord and AI-key connections are only used if you connect them. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, or privacy practices outside our control.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
GridDash is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party sites or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
13. Termination and account deletion
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud risk, legal reasons, or security concerns. You may stop using GridDash at any time and delete your account from Profile settings, or by emailing us.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights you have in your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
